Uncoiler Machine

An uncoiler is a widely used piece of equipment in the metal fabrication industry, and it may go by various names such as uncoiler, decoiler, and others. They can be customized to various widths, coil inside-outside diameters, and drive options to meet user requirements. Depending on the coil reference, pneumatic and hydraulic support arms can be added. An optional coil loading car is available. Besides manually adjustable side guides, there is also the option for servo motorized side guides."  

There are various uncoiler options available based on the drive system, including a manual uncoiler without electrical power, a manual uncoiler with electric power, and a hydraulic uncoiler equipped with an electric motor and hydraulic oil pump. Our uncoiler machines come with a hydraulic mandrel expansion unit.
